Our apartments are situated in the central area of the city and are well connected allowing our guests to travel around easily. Every apartment has been properly licenced by the appropriate department. We offer numerous services, including, wi-fi, tv in bedroom, en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, free local and national calls, air-conditioning, central heating and heaters, use of kitchen and washing machine, guide book and touristic map of the city. As well as this, we have agreements with licenced car services, local tourist guides and restaurants. Our apartments are also available for bookings from just one person.
TRASTEVERE, the true heart of the "Eternal City", is home to street artists, actors and artisans. Very similar to Trastevere, with it's abundance of pubs, restaurants and clubs, Testaccio is known for its night-life. This area is a must for those who want to party until dawn.
APPIO-TUSCOLANO, an area close to the historic centre that is well connected with the metro, train and numerous bus lines, allowing easy access not only to the centre but also to the suburbs of the city. This area has an abundance of parks and archaeological sites making it the ideal location for picnics, long walks and guided tours. It therefore offers the perfect opportunity to take a look back in time at the glorious history of the Roman empire.
NETTUNO, situated on the coast between Rome and Naples, close to Circeo, Sabaudia, Sperlunga and Gaeta. With it's breathtaking sunsets, well-priced fish restaurants, stunning coastline (Blue Flag 2015) and nature sanctuaries (WWF oases), this is the place for a relaxing summer holiday. TERMINI, a short walk will bring you to both the high-end fashion area and main shopping district of Rome. Via Nazionale, Piazza Barberini, Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese are just some of the attractions close to this area. With it's regal and majestic appearance, Termini perfectly illustrates the greatness of Rome during the 'Risorgimento'.
VATICANO, a truly breath-taking moment, when stepping out of the door, you will find yourself just 100 metres from the collonade of the great church itself!
